Russian President Vladimir Putin is “very ill” with blood cancer, according to a secret recording obtained by New Lines Magazine.

An oligarch close to the Kremlin was secretly recorded lambasting Putin, saying he was a “crazy guy” who had “ruined” Russia’s economy.

The man in the audio is an extremely wealthy energy tycoon who is currently outside of Russia, according to New Lines Magazine.
