China and Russia banned from naval conference

The chief of Australia’s Navy has told a major international military conference China’s dominance in the Pacific has grown quicker than expected.

China and Russia have been blocked from attending the event in Sydney.

China was banned due to the deteriorating relationship with Australia and Russia was banned due to its invasion of Ukraine.
